Kicked off the day with a spin session at Willoughby (legs felt so so) and finished with a double spin session at Pitt St (legs a little better). Swim session did not happen as I was too tired. Got 200m into my warm up after the morning spin before pulling the pin. Will look to pop a swim in over the weekend provided the energy is there. Will try to ease back on a few sessions this week, whilst still hitting my key sessions at a high intensity. Do not want to fall into the trap of doing all my training in the grey zone. I would rather they are clear cut recovery/base builders, or maximal effort sessions.

PM: 80min spin. Avg HR 147BPM
