MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 15th, 2008

Feel as though I am over reaching in my training. I leave each session (even the recovery sessions) pretty drained. Will try to modify my approach so my key sessions are not affected. Will keep an eye on my Max HR for each session. Forgot the HR monitor in the evening so I could not keep tabs on my intensity, however I tried to 'feel' my way through the session.

TRAINING:

AM: 40min spin. Avg HR 144BPM (MAX 181).

PM: 80min spin.
