Woke up feeling quite good energy wise. Once again I didn't take spin too hard (recovery session) and finally made it to the pool. Happy to wrap it up after a 500m swim. Will try to keep the sessions consistent, even if they are not high in volume and intensity, just to keep a feel for the water. Now that I look back on it I really should have done a full session. Spin in the evening felt great too.
Quads felt slightly fatigued from yesterdays efforts, however they posed no problem at the intensity I was working at. Feeling recoverd and looking forward to tomorrows track session.
TRAINING:
AM: 40min spin. Avg HR 146BPM + 500m swim.
PM: 90min spin. Avg HR 146BPM
