MONDAY, OCTOBER 6th, 2008
Raining and windy upon waking, so decided to go back to bed and hit up the wind trainer later in the day. Body felt fatigued and legs (particularly quads) were very tired. This feedback led to the decision to cut the ride to 1 hour and try to get a good session in tomorrow morning. HR was quite low but I really felt as though I could not push any harder. Indicates more muscular fatigue. See how it is tomorrow.
TRAINING:
PM: 1hour cycle (wind trainer). Avg HR 130BPM.
