Felt very stiff and tired from the past 3 days of training. Decided on an easy recovery session on the wind trainer, keeping my HR between 120-140BPM. After breaking into the sweat, I actually felt a bit better. Stretched out my glutes which are killing me, no doubt from hill sprints yesterday. I also went to see osteo David who worked his magic, realeasing some stiffness in my back. Hope it holds up for tomorrow.

TRAINING:

AM: 40min cycle (wind trainer). Avg HR 130BPM.
