Dying for more sleep when the alarm went off. HR avg low in the morning spin and I felt quite strong, however I was knackered afterwards. Legs were tiring towards the end of the evening spins. Hopefully they will be good to go for a hard track session tomorrow morning. No HR data for evening session (forgot the Garmin).
