Late night last night and chocka-block day today with uni assignments. Unfortunately missed the ride (and more importantly the run), however I could rely on the evening spin to get my HR up for the day. Foolishly I gave it a push, exceeding Maffetone way to often, and ended up feeling pretty drawn out by the end. Probably a result of feeling guilty for missing AM training.
