Off the back of a relatively easy week (due to assignments taking precedence over training), I felt very strong in spin today. May have have gone a bit too hard in the midday spin, but I did not feel totally smashed. Recovery is good at the mo. Was only able to sneak these two sessions in due to work and uni. No data as Garmin is stuffed.
