Had a reduced load of training this morning to keep my legs fresh for a Club 1500m track race at Homebush, however I never made it out there as I got stuck running some errands. The day started off still and sunny, but by the afternoon it was incredibly windy so it would not have been very pleasant racing in those conditions anyway.
TRAINING:
AM#1: 20min run (3.8km) Avg HR 136BPM. PLUS drills and run throughs (2 x knee lift #1, 2 x knee lift #2)
AM#2: 40min spin. Avg HR 137BPM (159Max).
