Energy wise I felt ok getting out of bed this morning, which was surprising after the hard race hit out yesterday. Relief was short lived once I started up on the spin bike, realising that I am not superman and that my body is still in recovery mode. Perhaps I pushed a little too hard (no HR data due to Garmin's flat battery) as my quads were very tender after the session. Skipped out on the evening spins in order to allow the body to settle down a bit.

AM: 40 min spin.
