Easy reovery ride around Centennial. Was actually a decent aerobic session in the end, but the energy was up and it is a nice comfortable area to cycle around. Achilles are both dead from yesterday (walking is painful), however the body has recoverd well in general.
TRAINING:
PM: 1hour ride (33.4km). Avg HR 144BPM (156MAX). Avg Spd. 33.4kph.
