WEDNESDAY JANUARY 7, 2009

Had a swim session in the morning and felt alot stronger and smoother through the water than on Monday. Endurance (particularly speed endurance) is still lacking, however with more dedication to my swim leg I should improve quite quickly. Midday and evening spins to keep me honest. They are starting to feel a little better and my average HR seems to be getting back to a better range (it was around 148-152BPM a couple of months ago).

TRAINING:

AM: Swim Session (1.5km)
> 1000m
> 10 x 50m

PM#1: 45min spin. Avg HR 156BPM (184MAX).

PM#2: 43min spin. Avg HR 152BPM (180MAX).
