After four days of swimming in a row, I think it is finally catching up to me. The swim at Willoughby in the evening did not feel as good as the others this week. Just lacking a little physically. I had the energy which was good, however the body was not responding. It was a tough set and in the end I could manage only 20 x 100m (on the 2:00). Each effort came in between 1:45-1:50, leaving me 10-15sec recovery between each. I started off comfortably, however the reps gradually got slower. Tried to focus on lengthening my stroke and increasing my stroke count.
