Easy cycle session in the evening was the only session for the day. Scrapped the morning resistance work as I could feel a cold starting to take grip, particularly on my chest. Took a codral and rested up in the arvo and felt alot better. On the bike I felt pretty comfortable. The feel good rating would have been a 9 or so had I not had a running nose and phlegmy throat. Made the nasal breathing heaps of fun.

TRAINING:

PM: 1h 30min cycle (wind trainer). Avg HR 143BPM. Included 2 x 15min nasal breathing efforts. (7/10)
