Reduced training load today, which I was thankful for as I wasn't feeling too strong in either session. Just lacking energy and motivation, but it is good to get another day under the belt.

TRAINING:

AM: Swim Session (2km) (6/10)
> 5 x 400m (with fins)

PM: 1h cycle session (wind trainer). Avg HR 146BPM. Included 2x 15min nasal breathing efforts. (5/10)
