Struggling for motivation these days. Had a relatively relaxed training day with only the spin class in the evening. HR a little high (was not pushing it- just ended up that way). Felt good afterwards, and decided that giving my body a break is not such a bad thing (so long as I get stuck into it again soon).
TRAINING:
PM: 40min spin. Avg HR 155BPM
