THURSDAY, OCTOBER 2, 2008

Rest day today. First day of no training for 6 weeks or so. I actually missed it to be honest! Hopefully it will inspire me to get back into the training with gusto. It is also not bad timing considering the Striders 10k at Homebush is this weekend. Will try to do a sharpening session tomorrow in preparation.
