No data for any of the spin classes as the Garmin ran out of battery half way through the morning spin, and I forgot to pick it up from the charger for the evening spin. Generally felt ok cycling in all classes, just keeping it aerobic with the odd surge here and there. Cut the swim short as I was dying.

TRAINING:

AM: 40min spin PLUS Swim Session (1k)

Swim Session:
> 500m w/up
> 5 x 100m (on the 2:30)

PM: 80min spin.
