Morning spin at Willoughby followed by a recovery swim. Stayed mostly within my HR limit for the spin, and the swim was at a slowish recovery pace. I felt as though I was hitting a smoother rhythm towards the end. Legs felt a little better after. Felt strong in the evening spin, however I fatigued a little towards over the final stages (probably due to poor nutritional timing). I wasn't pushing it or looking for a hard session however. Just easy aerobic/recovery.
TRAINING:
AM: 40min spin. Avg HR 149BPM. + 500m swim (9:25)
PM: 80min spin. Avg HR 147BPM.
