Had a late night last night, not getting home until around midnight so my morning training was thrown off. Probably a good thing as I was still feeling a bit lethargic and over done. Ended up just doing double spin (which felt like more than enough anyway) and taking the rest of the day off training. Tomorrow is the start of a new training week anyway. Will get my head down and try to string together a few good days of training.
