Easy morning saving a little bit of energy for tomorrows sprint triathlon at Kurnell. 20min run with running club then a 40min spin at more of a moderate intensity. HR was way too high in spin and I struggled to keep it down. Perhaps I just needed to blow out the cobwebs from the enforced rest day yesterday.
TRAINING:
AM#1: 20min run (3.7km). Avg HR 140BPM. Avg pace 5:24/km.
AM#2: 40min spin. Avg HR 158BPM (185Max).
