Another confidence boosting day of training. Did not participate in the morning spin class which left me with alot more energy for the swim session. As a result I felt great. Found a smooth and fast (for me anyway) rhythm in the 1km warm up, and felt like I could keep going (which is just as well as I will have to on Sunday). The 100m efforts were some of the fastest I have done, but the arms were pretty tired during the 50s. In the evening I pulled the pin after one spin but I really did feel strong enough to do the 2nd. Decided to leave on a high wanting more.

AM: Swim Session (2km)
> 1000m w/up
> 4 x 100m (on the 2:30) (94,93,95,91)
> 6 x 50m (on the 1:30) (b/ween 42-45secs)
> 300m c/dwn
PM: 41min spin. Avg HR 145BPM (170Max).
