No running this morning, however I belted myself in spin (check the high HR Avg). Felt semi-strong during the session, however I think all the hard sessions are catching up to me. HR took a while to calm down after the class. Must try and find a better balance of easy/hard and swim/run/bike for the new year.
TRAINING:
AM: 44min spin. Avg HR 166BPM (190Max).
