Surprisingly I did not feel too bad after the big ride yesterday. Legs felt fine and, other than being a little tired in the morning, I felt pretty good. Nothing too exciting today. Just the morning and evening spins taken at moderate to hard pace. Feeling strong on the bike, however I must pick up the running and swimming. Have had a little pain on the left achilles recently, so the short break from running should do it some good.
TRAINING:
AM: 44min spin. Avg HR 150BPM (188Max).
PM: 40min spin. Avg HR 150BPM (187Max).
