Single session for the day was the midday spin. Once again I went quite hard in it (check out the maxHR), which has been my style over the past few days. I am not doing any other major sessions at the moment so I can probably get away with it. At least I shouldn'e lose to much top end fitness. Legs were pretty sore from the run session yesterday, particularly the hips and adductors. Struggling to find my mojo at the mo (if that makes sense...).
TRAINING:
PM: 45min spin. Avg HR 161BPM (194Max).
