New spin workout today was an absolute killer, and I was in the right mood to give it a push. Actually felt surprisingly strong (which I suppose is not too much of a shock as I have not exactly been in heavy training). probably one of the highest Avg HRs I have had for a spin class. Probably a combo of the high intensity and lack of fitness.
TRAINING:
PM: 45min spin. Avg HR 171BPM (192MAX)
