First swim in a while today, and I was pleased that this time it didn't end with a concussion! Had a splash around with Diana at Lane Cove Pool, just turning the arms over and trying to remember how not to drown. Really enjoyed the day as most of it was spent with Diana. She was actually quite fast in the water! I would not want to race her if she trained up a little.
