Had the most energy I can remember having for a Saturday morning ride. Found it easy to hop out of bed, and didn't feel too bad during the ride. My HR is still a little high during this ride which I believe is due to two factors: the 110+RPM efforts in the Friday evening cycle session (only 9 hours previous), and the early start (meaning not so much sleep). Still, I enjoyed the session. There were alot of drunk teenagers littered about the place around Turrumurra and Hornsby area, but no abuse which was good. They were probably too stunned at seeing someone who was starting their day as they were finishing theirs.

AM: 2h cycle (65km). Avg HR 155BPM. Avg Spd 32.3kph (MAX64.6kph). (7.5/10)
