Really eased back on the morning spin so that it wouldn't affect my swim session which follows directly after. The swim felt good. I was concentrating on keeping my stroke count to a minimum, and was fairly successful on most laps.
Felt like trash in the evening spin. Legs were absolutely dead. Scrapped the TT effort and in the end pulled the pin early. I think the threshold efforts from yesterday were still taking their toll.
TRAINING:
AM: 40min spin. Avg HR 125BPM (8/10)
AM: Swim Session (2.8km) (8/10)
> 7x 400m (with fins) (on the 7:00)
PM: 1h cycle (wind trainer) Avg HR 138BPM. Included 1x 15min nasal breathing effort. (5/10)
