Run felt a little harder than usual this morning. Struggled to keep the HR down, however the pace was a little fastre than previous runs. Finally cracked the 3km barrier.

AM: 15min run (3.8km). Avg HR 157BPM. Avg Pace 4:02/km. Nasal breathing all. (7/10)
AM: 40min spin. Avg HR 119BPM. (8/10)
